This "pick" is a Karari Industry tool. The Karari Industry is a variant of the Olduwan.

This tool is a pick made from a basalt. Picks are distinctive pointed artifacts that have been made by a process of reducing the original core to a sharpened point by knocking off smaller pieces from it.
